What can I say about the Fabulous Lisa Laughton? So many things AND they are all wonderful! Lisa guided us through a successful house sale (two days on the market, basically full asking price, and sale finalized in a blink of an eye) and kept my marriage intact during the rush of looking at 20 houses in under three weeks before finding us the perfect home. Lisa held our hands, gave us pep talks, handed out Kleenexes, and gave us gentled nudges whenever we needed them. I can’t imagine how painful selling and buying houses would be without Lisa’s experience, knowledge, and expertise. 10/10 recommend.

She was on time, and flexible, and researched a few more properties overnight to show us a few more the next day. She also recommended good quality home inspectors, condo inspectors, and reasonably priced lawyers, which saved me time which I greatly appreciated. This went over and above. Lisa was so helpful while we were purchasing our home from out of province. We were relocating but weren’t able to attend house showings in person. She showed us a home we were interested in by taking us on a tour virtually and answered all the questions we had (and there were lots!) When we arrived in Calgary, she made sure to be in touch and kept us updated on the entire process. We highly recommend Lisa when searching for a home in Calgary.
